Cancellation Policy
Here is how to stop future renewal charges, what happens to Pro access, and how cancellation differs from a refund.
How to cancel
Open Mirsah → Account & Membership → Manage billing. The Lemon Squeezy customer portal lets you cancel the active monthly or annual subscription and manage payment details and invoices.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Pro access normally remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for, shown in Mirsah as the subscription end date.
Resuming before expiry
A cancelled subscription may be resumed from the billing portal before its scheduled end date. Once it expires, a new subscription may be required.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period or a previous charge. Refund requests are handled separately under the Refund Policy.
Deleting an account
Deleting a Mirsah account attempts to cancel any active renewal first. Account deletion is stopped if that cancellation cannot be confirmed. Device-local workspace data is not erased automatically.
